There are many different types of MSN cross symbol, and each of them has a different meaning. Many people like to use emoticons to show their feelings, but when you’re writing in your MSN status or screen name, you can’t use emoticons which you have uploaded yourself (custom smileys).
This means you have to do something else – and my suggestion is copy and pasting these msn cross symbols into your MSN names! You can also use the crosses outside of WLM (in word or Facebook, for example) to show whatever you want!
